Teddy Bears’ Picnic Weekend

2nd May – 14th June 2026

Join us at Studfold for our Teddy Bear’s Picnic Event, running over the May Day weekend, Spring Bank Holiday, and selected weekends.

Bring your favourite teddy for a fun-filled family adventure at one of the most beautiful times of year in the Yorkshire Dales. Dressing up is encouraged, making it a perfect opportunity for memorable family photos.

Pick up a clue sheet at reception and explore the Adventure Trail as you search for hidden bear locations, enjoy interactive discoveries, and uncover seasonal surprises, with a special treat waiting for you at the end.

Make the day even more special with a Teddy Bears’ picnic. You can order from the Nidderdale Way Café or bring your own, and we’ll deliver your picnic to the main play and picnic area in a basket. Simply bring a picnic blanket, which can also be left with us for delivery alongside your picnic.

This family-friendly event is ideal for pre-schoolers, infants and older children. It also features the enchanting Fairy and Pixie homes along the trail, adding an extra touch of magic to your visit.
